Our History
Founded in 1976, Career Management International is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a woman owned company. CMI is headquartered in Houston, with offices throughout the United States and affiliates worldwide.
CMI's clients range from Fortune 50 companies to mid size firms, agencies in the intelligence community as well as other agencies within the federal government and select agencies in state governments.
Additionally, CMI is certified as an Historically Underutilzed Business and as a Rapid Response Vendor. As a Rapid Response Vendor, CMI has provided government funded career transition services for thousands of employees who were displaced from a number of large and diverse organizations because of economic conditions.
